RPI (Athawale) Christian Cell Honours Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar

Pune: The Pune City unit of the Republican Party of India (Athawale) Christian Cell felicitated Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar in recognition of his outstanding contribution to strengthening law and order in the city.
The honour was conferred at the Pune Police Commissioner’s Office as a gesture of gratitude on behalf of the citizens for his remarkable leadership in establishing a disciplined policing system, taking stringent action against drug trafficking and drug mafias, effectively curbing criminal activities, and enhancing the sense of safety and security among the people of Pune.
On the occasion, Pune City President of the RPI (Athawale) Christian Cell, Christopher J. Rajmani, presented Commissioner Amitesh Kumar with a shawl and a memento as a mark of appreciation. Speaking at the event, Rajmani praised the Commissioner’s leadership, stating that law and order in Pune has become stronger during his tenure and that the city has witnessed a more disciplined and secure environment due to his dedicated efforts. He added that the felicitation was organized to express the citizens’ heartfelt gratitude for his exemplary service.
Among those present were Corporator Himali Kamble, Dr. Dorthy R. Thomas, Women’s Pune City President of the RPI (Athawale) Christian Cell, Yeshu Doreswamy, Standly Nathan, Collig Wash, Arun Pawar, Divya Santalia, John Munwar Singh, along with other office-bearers and party workers.
The attendees appreciated Commissioner Amitesh Kumar’s exemplary work and expressed confidence that he would continue to provide effective leadership in ensuring the safety and security of the citizens of Pune in the years to come.
